HKU Project Elite

NTU-IIC’s first university exchange programme with an overseas university ended on 16 October 2009. The exchange programme, titled “Project Elite”, was jointly organised by NTU- IIC and the Business Association from The University of Hong Kong.

During their stay, the 31 student participants visited companies such as Keppel Corporation, Standard Chartered and Neptune Orient Lines, and networked with industry professionals. In addition, they visited government boards such as the Central Provident Fund (CPF) and Parliament House. They also participated in an intellectually stimulating with Dr Tam Chen Hee, Assistant Professor from the School of Humanities and Social Science about the widening income gap in Singapore.

It has been a pleasure hosting the students from the University of Hong Kong, and friendships were quickly forged.
