What is F.L.Y Seminar 2012 about?
|
F.L.Y seminar is a game-style seminar for upper secondary school students to learn about financial literacy through many exciting station games. This event also aims to serve as a platform for sustainable learning for schools to inculcate financial literacy in their students. We are expecting 120 participants for the seminar.

What to expect as a facilitator?
|
You are invited to join our team as station masters, logistic assistants, or team chaperons.
· Obtain first-hand experience in facilitating a team through game activities and challenges.
· Hone your leadership and inter-personal skills!
· Get a chance to interact with students and make new friends!
· Gain a greater awareness to the importance of financial literacy!
· Enjoy lots of fun and excitement!

NTU-IIC Investment Talk: Trading Smart with Fundamental Analysis
|
|
[Risk Management Society (NTU)] Risk Management Challenge 2012 is now open for registration!!
As part of the Risk Awareness Month, the Risk Management Challenge 2012 (RMC 2012) organised by the Risk Management Society (RMS) is now OPEN for registration!!! As per the competition last year, the top prizes for RMC 2012 this year will be cash prizes for the top 3 teams. For the winning team, they will also be able to win internship opportunities with Accenture!!!
Participants will be required to sign up in teams of 3 members each. The competition topic will be released at the NTU Campus Seminar(conducted by Accenture) on 16th Jan 2012, 5.30 p.m. @ Lecture Theatre 5. Teams will be given 5 weeks to prepare a 10 page A4-sized report based on the competition topic (Submission: Week of 20th Feb 2012). Reports will be judged by a panel of judges made up of risk management professionals. The top 5 teams will be given a chance to present their reports to the judges at the Grand Finals and stand a chance to win the prizes up for grabs!!
In addition to learning more about Risk Management through research and presentation, as part of the competition experience, participants will get the opportunity to network with staff from Accenture during the Corporate Visit held during the week of 20th Feb 2012. You will get an insight into the industry of management consulting and learn more about the job scope of the Accenture staff. This is an opportunity that is only limited to participants to the Risk Management Challenge.
