  • Introduction to Elements in Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement & Statement of Retained Earnings
  • Financial Ratio Analysis
  • Limitations of Financial Statement Analysis

Day 2 (13 Jan 2010, Wed)
  • Objective of Valuation Analysis
  • Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) with Free Cash Flow to Equity (FCFE), Free Cash Flow to Firm (FCFF) and Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) (inc. Equity Risk Premium)
  • Dividend Discount Model (DDM) with Constant Growth & Changing Growth Rate

Day 3 (15 Jan 2010, Fri)
  • Relative Valuation using Price Multiples (inc. Enterprise Value)
  • New Measures i.e. Economic Value Added (EVA), Market Value Added (MVA) and Total Shareholder Return (TSR)
  • Why & When to Use the Different Valuation Techniques & their Limitations
  • Industry Practices on Applications of Valuation Analysis
