- Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) with Free Cash Flow to Equity (FCFE), Free Cash Flow to Firm (FCFF) and Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) (inc. Equity Risk Premium)
- Dividend Discount Model (DDM) with Constant Growth & Changing Growth Rate
Day 3 (15 Jan 2010, Fri)
- Relative Valuation using Price Multiples (inc. Enterprise Value)
- New Measures i.e. Economic Value Added (EVA), Market Value Added (MVA) and Total Shareholder Return (TSR)
- Why & When to Use the Different Valuation Techniques & their Limitations
- Industry Practices on Applications of Valuation Analysis
