Crash Course For Aspiring Financial Analysts & Portfolio Managers

The three-evening Financial Analysis Workshop was concluded on 15 Jan 2010. The objectives of this workshop were to educate students in conducting financial statement analysis and business valuation, as well as stimulate further interests in students who were keen to know more about a career in investment banking and fund management. The workshop was delivered by our honorary speaker, Dr. Lee Hon Sing, who was an ex-Assistant Professor in the Banking & Finance faculty of Nanyang Business School and the mentor of the world champion team for CFA-UIRC Global Finals 2008. The workshop had attracted nearly 200 participants and was well received by the participants. NTU-IIC hopes everyone gained some knowledge and insights from this workshop.
